Chip has a passion for leadership and working directly with clients to bring solutions that have positive impact. Chip has been married for 22 years, has three teenage children and one Sheepadoodle named Henry. He is actively on the leadership team and volunteers his time at his local church and in his spare time enjoys being active outdoors.
