There are many professionals with strong financial backgrounds who have joined the construction industry and quickly discover the unique duties that Construction Financial Professionals (CFPs) take on. CFPs must get a mountain of both high-level work and transactional work completed daily, often without the resources needed. The session features a panel of Specialty Trade CFPs who will share best practices of how to tackle many of these non-financial areas, such as dealing with the bank, bonding agents and sureties, insurance relationships, HR, IT, risk management, safety, succession and legal.
